    My favourites were Wild, Lean In, Burial Rites, Quiverfull, Crazy Rich Asians (which I read after you recommended it!) and Hyperbole and a Half. Happy New Year, dear friend!

    You got through several books that I want to tackle next year. I usually avoid the books that are generating tons of discussion but maybe next year I'll dive into a few hot new releases.

"Dreaming of Elsewhere: Observations on Home" by Esi Edugyan
